Find a calm, comfortable space and bring your favorite cozy drink. This is where we begin. In this session, we take time to understand your story, your health history, and the patterns that have shaped your experience. This is a deeper, more comprehensive conversation that forms the foundation for your care. Whether you're navigating fatigue, sleep issues, digestive discomfort, hormonal imbalance. or even more complex diagnoses, this session allows ups to begin listening closely to what your body is asking for. Please set aside 60-90 minutes for this initial visit. After our session, I'll spend 4-5 hours thoughtfully reviewing my notes, analyzing your case, and crafting a personalized support plan that reflects your needs and goals. Within one week, you'll receive your customized care plan through your secure client portal, including detailed instructions for obtaining and using your homeopathic remedies. Every support plan includes homeopathic recommendations, and may also incorporate herbal, nutritional or lifestyle guidance to support healing on multiple levels.
